Opis

The illuminator is fitted with 2 LEDs, which are used to charge the phosphorescent plates of the L-TRAPtrap. Thanks to the SOLARIS illuminator, the L-TRAP trap effectively attracts insects even when it is left in unlit conditions.

The illuminator may only be used together with pest monitoring traps L-TRAP. The LED lighting switches on for 2 seconds every 5 minutes and switches off automatically.

The built-in dusk sensor activates the LEDs only in shaded rooms. The device is battery powered. It is recommended to use only high-quality 1.5 V AAA alkaline batteries (from reputable manufacturers only). The LEDs emit no UV radiation, which would be harmful to museum and library collections.

The illuminator is fitted with a system that cuts off the power supply if the temperature rises.

The housing is made of non-flammable materials, which makes the device safe to use in places requiring the highest level of fire protection, e.g. museums and archives.

LED service life: approx. 25,000 hours.
